SR. ENGINEER, PROJECT (AOR) (ALFANAR PROJECTS)Job PurposeThe Architect of Record (AOR Engineer) is an architectural engineer responsible for preparing documents for new building projects, including construction documents based on design drawings, and providing construction administration services. This role ensures building code compliance, entitlements, and permits to guarantee the successful completion of the building.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain subordinates and form a team to work effectively.Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.Delegate tasks to subordinates for each respective assignment.Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation among subordinates.Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues as necessary.Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or processes.Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities where possible.Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
