Department: SalesReports to: Head of SalesGrade Level: 13Job ObjectiveTo ensure adequate and effective support is available with maximum efficiency, accuracy & expediency for Sales department to achieve the desired output.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly / quarterly sales targetsComplete all documentation associated with selling propertyGenerate a healthy pipeline of prospects & leads for target markets and sectors through market knowledge, research and client relationshipFollow up on all paperwork and ensure that accurate information is availableInput all prospective leads, client details, sales etc. into sales inventory & CRM systemPerform effective networking within the community and generate leads within the allocated areasCoordinating for the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised propertiesPrepare monthly competitive survey report and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the areaAttend to feedback of client comments, suggestions and market trendsMaintain accurate records of all transactions & interactions made with customersRespond to all online or telephone queries in a professional and timely mannerWork closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department & develop sales strategy accordinglyAny additional tasks assigned by department headRequisite QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalentExperience RequirementAt least 5 years of experience of which minimum 3 years must be in a position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading real estate companyAwareness of the local and regional legal environmentSkill SetsKnowledgeable about property sales and lettings lawNumerical skillsConfidence & MaturityAble to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
