Job Title: Content/Technical Writer Location: Thane Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Writer with experience in IT services and human resource outsourcing to join our team. In this role, you will craft compelling and informative content that resonates with our target audience, demonstrates our expertise, and supports our marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality written materials that communicate our value proposition, engage prospective clients, and enhance our brand presence across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Development: Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts. Develop content that aligns with brand messaging and showcases our expertise in IT services and HR outsourcing. Produce SEO-friendly content to enhance organic reach and drive inbound traffic. Industry Research and Thought Leadership: Conduct research on current trends and emerging topics in IT services, HR outsourcing, and related fields. Generate ideas for articles, guides, and other thought-leadership materials that position the company as a trusted industry authority. Interview subject matter experts within the organization to create authentic, insightful content. Content Strategy and Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies for lead generation and client engagement. Support sales and marketing campaigns by crafting targeted messaging and creating assets that address client pain points and industry challenges. Assist in the development of content calendars to ensure a consistent publishing schedule. Editing and Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with company style and tone guidelines. Proofread materials created by other team members or freelance writers to maintain content quality and consistency. Optimize content for readability and user engagement. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of published content using analytics tools and adjust content strategies based on data insights. Regularly update evergreen content to maintain relevance and improve search engine rankings. Participate in content audits to assess existing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.
