Web Developer/Programmer

We are looking for a developer who is passionate about coding. Your experience will allow you to step in and be a key team member for a major account. We want someone who thinks positively, can work within the demands of a deadline-driven industry, and will bring a combination of technical expertise with newer applications and exceptional coding practices for digital social interactions.What you'll do:As a developer, you will work with senior managers to develop and code a niched social services web experience.Offer assistance and feedback in the integration of current interactive and social technologies and applications.Work with the design team to streamline user interface and user functions.Assist with user testing and the implementation of feedback/improvements from beta testers and managers.Prioritize, schedule, track, and ensure the progress and timely completion of multiple web-based projects simultaneously.Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues.Analyze and tune application performance.What you bring?Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in web development/programming, and/or minimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related field.Technical Skills:Above average with PHP, MySQL, CSS3, JSON, JQuery, AJAX.Proficiency with HTML5, WordPress, ASP, Action Script, APIs, JAVA, OOP, and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CS6 or CC).Bonus:Knowledge of .NET and mobile development.Server administration (LAMP).Knowledge of OpenID.Experience integrating 3rd party APIs into applications.Cloud computing.Experience with NoSQL databases.Personal Skills:Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Social competence to work in a team environment and offer/accept different perspectives.Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing situations.High attention to detail.
