Role Purpose:

The role holder of this position will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing KIND's overall sales & market share growth strategy for the current product portfolio of HVAC to subsequently added product categories from time to time as per shareholder vision and devise strategies. The Head of Sales will provide leadership to the sales department of Khansaheb Industries and will be responsible for Sales & Business Development across all locations under Khansaheb Industries.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Responsible for the development and implementation of Sales & market share growth strategy for HVAC's current product portfolio (Signature ductwork Spiralite, GI, Fire-duct, Equipment of various natures, Energy saving products, indoor air quality products) and other product added subsequently for all location as per the KIND business vision & strategy map. Business/ Financial Modelling: Prepare, deliver & monitor the annual sales budget for all products & locations. Accountable for managing revenue and gross margin budget by highlighting KIND's ability and experience in HVAC, thereby subsequently growing KIND's Business through acquiring new clients. Market Survey & Analysis: Analyze market surveys, identify the opportunity for growth, prepare market & competitor reports, and update stakeholders monthly on market scenario and available market opportunities to grow. Relationship Management: Influential & improve relationships with internal & external stakeholders to generate new business, maximize sales, increase staff productivity, enhance the quality of service, ensure sustainability, and exceed Sales Department objectives. Build Khansaheb Industries' image by collaborating with internal teams, customers, government authorities, and industry/business forums. Leadership & Team Building: Provide leadership and represent a positive, enthusiastic role model for the sales team.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

A degree in a business or engineering-related subject is desirable. Professional sales training, e.g., SPIN and Strategic Selling. Minimum five years of sales management and leadership experience within the GCC in the HVAC industry. Having experience managing a third-party distributor network is a plus. Data management expertise, e.g., use of CRM systems. Fluent in English, both in speech and writing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
