Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Nationality: Any NationalityVacancy: 1 VacancyJob DescriptionHandle staff recruitment; Prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions sourcing for local applicants using paid recruitment website services and or free advertisement resources.Schedule and organize interviews of shortlisted applicants selected by the concerned dept.Responsible for new joiner process from preparing Job Offer, Letter of Appointment (LOA), on-boarding of new-hires, conduct brief orientation.Monitor new staff under probation period; issue Confirmation of Appointment (CoA) after successful completion of Probation Period subject to approval of their respective PM & Head of Dept.Responsible for timely processing of Staff Payroll, leave salary, Gratuity, and final settlement / End of Service.Responsible for the counter checking of Monthly Attendance Report prepared by the Admin Assistant.Ensure exit interview, clearance formalities for the terminated and resigned staff.Respond to HR related emails on time.Update HR policies as required by the management.Prepare Warning Letter and process disciplinary actions as per company regulations and Qatar Labour Law.Maintain Staff Master list database, Annual Leave Claims Summary Record and all other related HR records.Perform administrative duties for top management. Report directly to the Chairman, CEO and General Manager.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management and employee relations.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to demonstrate commitment to the field and ongoing professional development.Experience in a fast-paced industry, with a proven track record of managing HR processes in a dynamic environment.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous for diverse workplace interactions.Strong analytical skills, enabling data interpretation to make informed HR decisions that align with business objectives.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills, effectively addressing employee concerns while maintaining a positive workplace culture.A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate HR needs and implement solutions in a timely manner.Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, embracing diversity to create an inclusive environment that promotes employee engagement.Employment TypeFull TimeCompany IndustryConstructionCivil EngineeringDepartment / Functional AreaAdministrationKeywordsSENIOR HR OFFICERHR Manager
