Investor Relations & Fund Raising - PE fund house

The Company Our client is a sizable PE fund house. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a caliber to join their Investor Relations team. The Role

• Built & established relationship with distribution channels; business development activities including assisting in the process of investment/ product due diligence, sales training, and communicating with end clients
• Demonstrated excellent client service skills in managing and compiling presentation deck, quarterly investor reports, and ensured concise response on due diligence questionnaires
• Actively engaging with global asset managers (hedge funds, private credits, private equity, insurance) to present compelling investment opportunities and attract direct investments into our high-performing strategies.
• Client relationship management: Existing fund investors retention and maintenance
• Oversee and governance of marketing materials, regular fund material e.g. fund factsheet, fund performance deck, and other client onboarding tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 6 years of Investor Relations experience.
• Previous experience collaborating with placement agents, particularly in USD private equity fund raising, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project and stakeholder management, capable of engaging effectively across diverse seniority levels within a sizable organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin as a native language, along with proficiency in English; knowledge of Cantonese is a bonus.
