Intern, Product Management

Product Discovery:

• Assist in conducting user interviews to gather insights and requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering and validation processes.
• Support the team in analyzing user feedback and identifying user needs.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
• Assist in monitoring the progress of post-implementation tasks and addressing any issues.

• Support the Head of Product with special projects as assigned.
• Contribute to the identification of key product issues and development of product roadmaps.

• Assist in planning and conducting UAT/QA processes to ensure product quality.
• Document and report any issues or bugs found during testing.

• Help in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
• Ensure all product-related documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business,
• Computer Science, Design, etc.).
• Keen interest in exploring a career in product management and design.
• Highly adaptable and resourceful with a willingness to learn and pick up new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of product development processes is a plus but not required.
• Excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
