1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

1. Data Integration and Management:

• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting systems.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

1. Tool and Technology Expertise:

• Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel to analyze large datasets.
• Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

1. KPI and Metric Development:

• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve business goals.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Stay updated on BI trends and innovations to ensure the organization remains competitive.

1. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
