The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesEvent Sales focused on Sports Events, Corporate events, Festivals, Entertainment, etc.Meet and exceed sales targetsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accountsManage complex negotiations with senior-level executivesBuild rapport and establish long-term relationships with customersUse different methods of communication to approach targeted clientsQualifications2+ years' quota carrying sales experienceExperience and working knowledge in the Event Management fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills
