A minimum of 5 years recent relevant experience in a supervisor/ management role A minimum of 3 years recent relevant experience in Health & Safety proven track record of managing / delivering quality improvement and change initiatives Demonstrate experience of promoting a change agenda, and supporting others through change and effectively seeing it through Familiarity with Safety Management Systems OHSAS 18001, HS(G) 65, ILO or ISO45001, BS8800,BS31100 Best practice Health and Safety risks, policies and procedures Ability to make sound decisions with a well reasoned rationale and to stand by these as appropriate Skills: Healthcare Industry Leadership & Management Supervisor experience
