We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care facilities in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, a passion for providing exceptional patient care, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple home care facilities, ensuring smooth running and efficient service delivery.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, and train a competent team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.
    • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, empowering them to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality care.
    • Monitor revenue and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or compliance concerns.
    • Continuously monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate risks and protect the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, and families.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
