Head of Fund Accounting

Responsibilities:

Lead the fund accounting team in consultation with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure optimum performance of all Manager Accounts and Assistant Manager Accounts through appropriate training and direction.

Ensure Fund accounting team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures/Checklists/Deadlines, etc.

Responsible for statutory and MIS reports generated by Fund Accounting System/Third party's accounting system.

Lead and direct all team members towards achieving their goals and provide coaching and training opportunities. Responsible for the performance of all team members.

Supervision of Fund accounting of all schemes including NAV calculation, valuation, NPAs, ledger reconciliation, accruals, expenses, expense ratios, etc.

Supervision of valuation of portfolios of all schemes including coordination for any change in statutory/internal policies.

Liaise with other team leaders to ensure all open issues with any departments are addressed at the earliest possible.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

Accounts & Finance: 6 years (Required)
