Responsibilities: • Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with Golf Saudi's vision and objectives, focusing on the expansion and improvement of golf-related assets and infrastructure.• Oversee a diverse portfolio of investment projects, including golf course development, facility upgrades, and related ventures. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.• Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to assess investment opportunities and project viability. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.• Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with investment projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard portfolio performance.• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, private investors, and international golf organizations, to secure support and funding for projects.• Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.• Track and evaluate the performance of investment projects and initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform investment strategies and decisions.• Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable.• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex investment projects and portfolios.Skills and Competencies: • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.• Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.• Effective risk management and problem-solving abilities.• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
