Job Title : Process Plant Manager

Department : Process Plant

We are currently looking for a motivated, high-performing senior leader who is ready to accept

full operational accountability for the position of Process Plant Manager to join our team in

Saudi Arabia. This senior level role in the organization is accountable for the management and

operation of three process plants within our Al Masane mining complex. Combined, our three

plants currently produce 80-100 ktpa zinc concentrate, 25-35 ktpa copper concentrate and 30-

50 kozpa gold. Located at a comfortable 1,750 m above sea-level in the Najran-Al Joshwan

mountain range, this position is open to people ready for adventure and who thrive in driving

high performance in themselves and their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards.

Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

Ensures that KPI Operational Indicators such as Process Plant Throughput, Metals Produced and Recovery are met in accordance budget.

Allocates resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal results.

Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide clear direction, focus and accountability for the processing function.

Develops systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

Monitor and manage employee performance and behaviors in line with company policy and the needs of the processing department.

Ensure a culture of adherence to budget and continuous improvement is embedded throughout the processing team.

Ensure appropriate systems of governance are in place including metallurgical accounting and reconciliation, precious metals security and other company governance requirements.

Lead continuous improvement efforts within the processing function in terms of technology and innovation, efficiency, performance, and cost optimization.

Develop and manage the delivery of the annual plan for the process plant function.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.

10+ years of experience in Base Metals Flotation and Gold Processing, with 5+ years

at a Managerial level.

An advanced knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic

planning, resource allocation and human resources).

Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.

Exemplary knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and

stewardship processes.

Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
