Quantity Surveyor

A well-established mid-sized civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in West Dublin. This role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and exposure to a variety of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Manage procurement processes for subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure budgets are adhered to. Handle contract management, variations, and claims. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues. Oversee final account preparation and ensure all costs are accounted for. Requirements: 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in civil engineering. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and industry standards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with quantity surveying software and MS Office. Why Join?
