Freelance Trainers

We are seeking experienced freelance trainers who will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and impactful training sessions. We are looking for subject matter experts across the following areas: Key Focus Areas:

1. Finance/Accounting Management
2. Business Management – Payroll, Cost Control, Employee Engagement, Labour Laws, etc.
3. Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care Management
4. Human Resources Management
5. Electrical Engineering
6. Mechanical Engineering
7. Chemical Engineering
8. Plant Preservation and Operations
9. Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics Management
10. Quality Management
11. Information Technology – Programming Languages, DBMS, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.

Common Requirements:

1. Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
2. Proven track record of success and achievements in the respective industry.
3. Previous experience as a professional trainer is mandatory.
4. Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training sessions.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and understandably.
7. Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
8. Proficient in using multimedia tools and technologies for presentations.
9. Ability to tailor training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
10. Flexibility to adapt training methods based on participant feedback and learning styles.
11. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
12. Willingness to update and enhance training materials continuously.
13. Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with participants.
