Senior Marine Manager - QHSE and Vetting

It's a mid management position, reporting to the General Manager. The company is currently managing a small fleet of oil tankers and LPG vessels. Desirable Qualifications and Experience:·      Command experience on tankers - minimum 2 years.·      Minimum 2 years of ship management experience in managing tankers.·      Experience in Planning and handling of TMSA audits is a must.·      Planning and executing ship-shore emergency drills.·      Experience in managing and implementing safety management systems, conducting audits, analyzing system performance and planning corrections.·      Qualification and experience in incident investigation.·      Qualified internal auditor (ISM/ISPS/MLC).·      Good knowledge of SIRE 2.0 and CDI requirements·      Good word processing and writing ability.·      Ability to work in multinational, multi-cultural teams.·      Good knowledge of existing and evolving regulatory landscape and industry standards.Work location: 2 months in Qingdao, China / 2 months in home country.
