As a key member of our technical staff, you will provide Level 1 & 2 support, assisting clients with essential IT Desktop and Cloud solutions. This role involves managing support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and administering Microsoft 365 environments, all while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong problem-solving aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the technical skills to support complex IT infrastructures. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided to support your growth and expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesTicket Management: Efficiently handle support tickets using our ticketing system, delivering timely and effective solutions.Client Support: Address client issues with professionalism, providing IT support through phone and email.Technical Troubleshooting: Offer Level 1 & 2 support for desktop, cloud, and networking issues to ensure seamless operations.Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and configure Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, MDM, MAM, and Microsoft Defender.Networking & Security: Perform domain, DNS administration, firewall (UTM) management, and other network-related tasks to maintain secure connectivity.Server Management: Provide support for Windows Server 2019 environments, including Active Directory and SQL Server administration.Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of support activities and resolutions.Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest solutions to enhance IT systems and processes.Must-Have Technical SkillsMicrosoft Cloud: Experience with Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure.Web Technologies: Knowledge of core web technologies such as IIS, HTTP, SFTP, and SSL.Microsoft Licensing: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 A3 and A5 licensing, especially for large environments.Storage Technologies: Expertise with Microsoft 365 storage solutions, including OneDrive and SharePoint.Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and JSON.Microsoft 365 Platform: Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and operations.Security Features: Experience configuring security tools in M365, such as AIP, DLP, ATP, IAM/RBAC, and SIEM.Active Directory & Azure AD: Advanced knowledge of AD and Azure AD, including group policies and ADSIEdit.Core Network Technologies: Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and NTP.VMWare vSphere: Hands-on experience with VMWare vSphere environments.Messaging & Productivity: Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams administration.Essential Soft SkillsCommunication: Strong verbal and written skills, with a courteous phone manner.Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to technical challenges.Customer Service: Ability to handle client interactions with patience and professionalism.Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and advance within the IT field.Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology (B.Tech, M.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA, MCA).Certifications: Microsoft, security-related, or other relevant IT certifications.Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft MDM, Intune, and other security tools.BenefitsHealth InsuranceMeals and CabsProfessional Development: Support for certifications and ongoing trainingMentorship: Guidance and mentorship from experienced IT professionalsCollaborative Environment: A supportive and inclusive work cultureEqual Opportunity EmployerRevClerx values diversity and inclusivity.
