Job OverviewWe are seeking an L2 Support Developer to join our team that's building an AI-driven technical interviewer.At Geektrust we are building GenAI solutions in the hiring space. Our 1st GenAI product is an AI tech interviewer that runs in-depth technical interviews just like how a senior developer would.In this role, you will provide support and maintenance for our AI technical interview bot, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality interview experiences for both candidates and hiring companies.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support live AI-driven technical interviews, being ready to intervene if the AI encounters difficulties or edge cases.Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the AI interview bot's performance, accuracy, and user experience.Collaborate with the AI development team to improve the bot's algorithms, question bank, and response mechanisms based on observed patterns and feedback.Develop and maintain documentation for common issues, solutions, and best practices for the AI interview system.Participate in the continuous improvement of the AI bot's capabilities, including feature suggestions and bug reporting.Assist in calibrating the AI's assessment criteria and ensuring fairness and accuracy in candidate evaluations.Handle escalated customer issues related to the AI interview process, providing timely and effective solutions.Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and technical interviewing to contribute to product evolution.QualificationsDegree in computer science preferred.Some experience in software development or technical support roles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Additional InformationThis is a work-from-office position in HSR layout, Bangalore.Working days for this position are Saturday to Wednesday.Working hours for this position are 2 to 10 pm.This position may require occasional off-hours support during peak interview times.Opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI technology in the recruitment space.If you're passionate about technology, enjoy providing great customer support, and want to be at the forefront of AI-driven recruitment solutions, we encourage you to apply!
