We bring traditional farming practices into a modern outlook.About the Role:We are seeking a Creative Visualizer and Illustrator to join our dynamic creative team and contribute to building and enhancing our brand. This is a 12-month contract position with a one-month probation period. Initially, the role will focus on developing and refining your visualization and illustration skills, with the potential to evolve into more strategic responsibilities based on performance and brand growth.This position offers substantial time for creative work and is task-based, allowing you to focus on producing high-quality visuals and illustrations that align with our brand vision.If you apply, you'll get a platform to perform:Illustration & Visualization:Create custom illustrations for packaging and labeling.Develop visual content and illustrations for e-commerce platforms.Design internal documents, presentations, guidelines, brochures, sales materials, and other branding assets with illustrative elements.Fulfill social media illustration and visualization requirements.Visual Design:Follow brand design guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.Improvise visual designs and develop color schemes for online and offline presence.Assist in UI & UX design efforts for web pages and website design through illustrative and visual elements.Develop infographics, iconography, and other visual aids to support marketing and communication strategies.Engage in photo editing and other visual enhancement tasks as needed.What You Should Necessarily Bring Along:We welcome applicants from all backgrounds with a passion for visual design and illustration. Just so you know, no specific qualifications are required.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, or similar graphic design tools.Strong illustration and visualization skills showcased through a creative portfolio.Creative Abilities:Ability to adapt and incorporate feedback humbly.Ability to create compelling visual narratives that align with the brand's mission and values.Photography skills are a plus.Professional Attributes:Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Stay updated with the latest design and illustration trends.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Portfolio Requirements:A portfolio (or links to Behance/Instagram) showcasing your previous illustration and visualization work.Highlight your contributions relevant to this role and your perspective on what the company needs from a design standpoint.
