Energy Solution Renewable seeks an experienced sales manager to lead our sales efforts for renewable energy projects in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
Engage with potential clients and provide customized solutions.
Oversee proposal development and negotiations.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with project management and other teams.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
