HR and Research Analyst

SIMA is based in the U.S. with the majority of staff in India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe.

Duties and responsibilitiesResponsible for the onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.

Involved in the annual evaluation process of the organization.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist with scheduling interviews to streamline the hiring process.

Assist in addressing employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.

Conduct research for business development and any other tasks assigned.

Assist with other administrative related tasks.

Maintain a well-controlled operating environment.

QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management or other related degree.

Excellent oral and written skills.

Attention to detail.

Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of experience in HR role in an asset management firm/investment bank etc.

A high level of passion, entrepreneurial energy, personal initiative, and responsibility.

Strong cultural understanding and skills to communicate effectively across multiple geographies.

Strong negotiating and team-working skills.

Willingness to work remotely.
