Executive/Sr. Executive - Insurance Global

Position Summary:We are seeking an Insurance Sr./Executive to assist the Department with all matters related to Global Insurance. Additionally, the resource will be instrumental in managing relationships with international insurance providers, optimizing costs, and safeguarding our assets.Key Responsibilities:Policy Management:Assist the procurement, renewal, and evaluation of all global insurance policies including motor (i.e. Trucking), liability, property, workers' compensation, and cargo insurance.Claims Handling:Assist in intimating and follow up on claims, ensuring timely submissions and effective follow-up.Risk Assessment:Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to identify potential risks and develop insurance solutions that align with risk management goals/strategies.Vendor Relations:Establish and maintain relationships with brokers and insurance providers, and assist in negotiating terms to secure optimal coverage and favorable conditions for the business.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed records on all insurance activities, policy expirations, and claims.
