Collaborate with local teams to implement accounting standards, establish ERP systems, and ensure timely, reliable financial reporting (IFRS and GAAP). You'll define and apply strategies while actively participating in daily tasks. Preparing for the 2025 CSRD compliance deadline is also essential, including building strong internal controls.Your Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the BauWatch Accounting Manual, ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.Oversee monthly consolidation, review, and quality control for accurate reporting.Coordinate financial system setup, reporting tools, and year-end audit processes.Support finance teams in adhering to policies, internal controls, and company-wide objectives.Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements, driving process improvements across finance operations.ProfileYou're ready to lead in a high-demand, dynamic setting, implementing crucial support and processes to drive business goals.
