Strategic Advisor to the Board

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Strategic Advisor to assist our Board and collaborate closely with founders and entrepreneurs in tech startups and ventures. Requirements As the Strategic Advisor to the Board, you will be the driving force behind our operation, guiding our startups and ensuring the success of each venture. Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic advice and insights to the Board, aiding in decision-making processes and overall strategic direction. Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends to inform strategic planning and venture development. Work closely with portfolio companies, providing guidance and support in areas such as business model innovation, go-to-market strategies, and operational efficiency. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the strategic capabilities of our leadership and portfolio teams. Develop and conduct ideation and acceleration programs, taking ownership in conceptualizing and conducting operations. Develop and maintain a network of industry experts and potential partners to support the growth of our venture studio and its companies. Lead cross-functional projects to drive strategic initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness. Who you are: To be successful in this role, you must have: Proven experience in a top-tier consultancy firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with a track record of delivering high-impact strategic advice. Proven experience in conducting ideation and acceleration programs in the startup ecosystem is a plus. A strong desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment rather than a traditional large consultancy firm. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and entrepreneurs. A self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
