To learn more about us, please visit or We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive legal professional to join our legal team remotely. Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled attorney to both support our U.S.-based legal team and represent Spade in Pakistan as our legal counsel while we work to establish an office in Karachi. This position will involve both in-house and client-facing work. The successful candidate will be expected to aid Spade’s legal team with internal matters as well as provide support for RAM Law Firm’s client projects. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn, and possess a strong commitment to protecting the interests of our clients and our company. Exceptional research, writing, analytical and communication skills are a must. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, determination, and a well-rounded understanding of legal matters. Candidates possessing knowledge of both Pakistan and American law will be given preference. Please note that Spade’s legal team is based in America, so the new hire will be expected to work on North American Central Time and be available during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday). 1. Communicate promptly and effectively with Spade’s legal team.
2. Work closely with fellow attorneys on both client and internal company matters.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
4. Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
5. Conduct legal research on Texas law, U.S. federal law, and Pakistan law principles.
6. Analyze legal documents and summarize/theorize key issues and risks.
7. Educate and advise legal team on Pakistan-specific legal and compliance matters.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Excellent time management skills with an advanced ability to manage, prioritize, and complete a high volume and wide range of ongoing projects.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
5. Proactive self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be told or requiring excessive supervision.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Sound and practical business judgment.
8. Strict adherence to the ethical duties of the legal profession.
9. Familiarity with U.S. law is a plus.

1. Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) degree is required.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in Pakistan.
3. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
4. Experience working with a U.S. team and/or exposure to American law is preferred.
