• Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority, and nature.• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other computer and telecommunications equipment.• Analyze system errors, perform health checks, conduct corrective maintenance, and tune performance of crucial infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations.• Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.• Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.• Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and back-out instructions.• Manage printer servers and cloud printing.• Push periodic Windows updates, McAfee Antivirus Package, and security patches.• Customize applications on Citrix VDI servers and provide client support for call center, premium dealer, franchise, and retail branches.• Install and troubleshoot MFP printers, scanners, and other peripherals.• Perform hard disk demagnetization for write systems to secure data loss.• Conduct POC testing and provide post-launch support for new applications and application version upgrades.• Validate, install, and troubleshoot VPN clients.• Extend support for in-house/offshore events and promotions.• Deploy and upgrade operating systems (OSD) using Microsoft SCCM.Skills• Customer service• Problem-solving• Communication skills• PC maintenance and troubleshooting• Technical report writing• Mobility• User satisfaction• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently• Teamwork and collaborative spirit• Analytical and process-oriented approach• Ability to learn new software and applications
