Duration: 2024-06-03 - 2025-04-05
Location: Hybrid - downtown Toronto 3 days a week
MUST HAVES:
5+ years experience using Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
Experience using Git
Experience with data migration and data archiving techniques and strategies
Experience with data modelling and UML
Knowledge of record keeping techniques and data audit best practices
Experience with Point in Time Architecture
Experience troubleshooting coding and identifying/correcting database design flaws
Experience identifying and implementing process optimization
Collaborate with Agile team on microservice architecture systems
Participate in Scrum events
Knowledge of emerging Oracle features and industry trends
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git
Experience with PowerDesigner, Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Visio
Knowledge of RESTful services, HTML, Java, object-oriented programming
Description:
Design and update existing integration solutions to move data between on-premise and cloud solutions using Oracle technology such as Integration Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, and custom PL/SQL.
Review and analyze database implementations for existing enterprise applications.
Modify database management system (DBMS) objects to support enterprise application development.
Review and analyze system requirements, perform data and gap analysis, and recommend solution options.
Perform code reviews, promotions, and conduct testing activities.
Collaborate with application developers, software testers, and project stakeholders on microservice-based cloud applications in an agile team environment.
Research, design, document, test, and implement complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, industry best practices, and technical requirements in all database-related activities.
Participate in Scrum events.
