For more information, visit Job Overview This role is part of the Commercial and Solution Analytics (CSA) practice, which assists buyers and service providers make informed decisions with regard to costs, pricing or solutioning of outsourcing / professional services arrangements. On the buy-side, the practice advises buyers on optimizing their spend by providing fair market comparable for such services. On the supply-side, the practice helps providers by providing benchmarks vis-a-vis peers, understanding competitive commercial constructs, sharpening solution sizing approaches, and improving win-rates. Key components of work are benchmarking of unit pricing, ongoing productivity improvement, Return on Investment (ROI) from transformation, and solution design elements (sizing, staffing mix, shoring, etc.). A Practice Director role in the Commercial and Solution Analytics (CSA) practice is highly entrepreneurial wherein the individual is responsible for client management, project management, leading analysis and problem solving, team development, shaping new services / capabilities, and working with senior leadership and marketing to take the new capabilities to market. The role reports directly into the VP/Partner. The individual is expected to deliver analysis and advice pertaining to professional services (e.g., tax managed services, third party risk management etc. – see list below) to blue chip clients through written deliverables, consulting, client inquiry, and other deliverables. The candidate must be able to analyze, write, participate actively in the sales cycle, consult, and present in front of large and small audiences. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability underpins this role. Key Responsibilities
- Execute against client mandates by leading a team on analysis, reporting, and client syndication against agreed milestones.
- Actively involved in business development via proposal shaping, client walkthroughs, responding to RFPs, seeding opportunities, attending and presenting in conferences, creating thought leadership, partnering closely with Everest Group’s sales and marketing teams.
- Manage client relationships at middle to senior stakeholder groups.
- Supervise team activities and take an active role in the professional development, growth and mentoring of her/his team members.
- 6 to 9 years of experience with leading professional services firms
- The individual should have domain knowledge on one or more of the following services
- Tax managed services
- Mobility and immigration services
- Third party risk management (TPRM)
- Financial crime managed services
- Finance managed services
- HR Managed Services
- Strong understanding of pricing and/or solutioning constructs for the above functions
- Knowledge of professional services deal specific components like solution, pricing, SLAs and KPIs, transformation, contracting terms and conditions is desirable
- Strong client presence and presentation skills
- Strong relationship orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative work style; strong interpersonal and team skills
- CA or MBA from a reputed B-school
