The Real Estate Leasing Agent will specialize in leasing luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals. The agent will be responsible for conducting market analyses, and providing exceptional service to both property owners and prospective tenants. The role demands a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide bespoke services to meet the unique needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and property owners. Understand and meet the unique needs of each client, providing personalized service throughout the leasing process.

Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market analyses to set competitive lease prices and advise clients on market trends and property values. Stay updated with the luxury real estate market and economic factors affecting high-end leasing.

Viewings and Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, ensuring that each property is presented at its best. Provide expert advice and insights on properties and the surrounding area.

Negotiation and Documentation: Negotiate lease terms between tenants and landlords, ensuring a fair and beneficial agreement for both parties. Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to both landlords and tenants throughout the lease term. Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.

Networking and Development: Continuously develop professional networks within the luxury real estate sector. Attend industry events, join professional associations, and engage in training and development opportunities to enhance expertise in luxury real estate leasing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Leasing Agent, with a strong preference for experience in the luxury market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to interact effectively with affluent clients.

Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and property management principles.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.

Professional demeanor, with an emphasis on superior customer service and discretion.
