SHOP MANAGER VACANCY: KZNSA GALLERY

The KZNSA is seeking a mid-level retail and distribution manager for the KZNSA Shop. Responsibilities:

1. Manage shop stock in inventory software.
2. Manage orders of artisanal ranges placed by international buyers.
3. Oversee all sales, invoicing and payment on orders.
4. Manage distribution – packing, shipping, insurance and customs as required.
5. Maintain close working relationships with local designers and makers.

Requirements: Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant retail, sales, marketing or management field. At least 5 years’ experience working in this role. Monthly remuneration is in line with industry standards, and dependent on experience.
