Job Title: Analyst - Costing and Reporting Location: Jubail Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing and Reporting Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting cost analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to help drive effective business decisions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and controlling operational costs to align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze cost variances across departments and projects. Provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and reduce waste.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on cost and budget performance. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company reporting standards.
  3. Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring budgets and expenses. Provide regular updates to management on budget status and identify areas for potential cost savings.
  4. Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis to compare actual vs. budgeted costs. Identify trends and root causes of variances, and report findings to management.
  5. Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely collection of cost data. Use data analysis tools to compile and interpret financial data for reporting and decision-making.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure consistent financial processes and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance. Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in costing, financial reporting, or related roles.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  5. Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and data management.
  6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with different departments to support cost management goals.
