Role & Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, etc.) and their respective audiences. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and conversions. Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making. Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Create and implement nationwide advertising campaigns and SEO strategies. Develop blogs to focus on SEO strategies to increase ecommerce visitation. Work closely with the CRM tool team on lead prioritization, performance measurement and ROI calculation. Develop first digital email campaigns. Monitor and evaluate lead generation and communication methods to ensure compliance within regulations including CAN-SPAM and online privacy regulations. Plan direct marketing - from concept, list selection, copywriting, and production to analysis. Initiate KPI monitoring including baseline performance, road map for improvement and milestones for achievement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
