We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing HVAC systems for various projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver innovative and energy-efficient HVAC solutions that meet project requirements and exceed industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air distribution systems for new construction and renovation projects.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork design, and layout planning.
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other project team members to integrate HVAC systems with building design.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements and identify constraints.
- Review and interpret building codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC design and installation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during construction and commissioning phases.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HVAC engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Years of experience in HVAC engineering and design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
- Familiarity with building codes, energy codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
