Finance Reporting Analyst - United Feed Co.

Overview United Feed Co. is a leading agricultural company that produces high-quality animal feed for livestock and poultry. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Finance Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The Finance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports to aid in decision-making and strategic planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and reporting to join our growing company. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data and ensure accuracy of information.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Identify areas of inefficiency and work with management to implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and reporting, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Valid SOCPA certificate.
