Medication Management: Monitor and evaluate medication efficacy, ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens and follow-ups on compliance.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR and wellness teams to promote corporate health programs and preventive care initiatives.

Therapy Engagement: Encourage active participation in therapy sessions, measuring engagement rates and adjusting strategies as needed.

Referral and Collaboration: Facilitate efficient referrals to specialists, tracking referral success rates to ensure continuity of care.

Crisis Response: Develop and implement effective strategies for crisis management, monitoring response times and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree

2-3 years of experience as a practicing psychiatrist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care
