Position Challenges Plan and coordinate the activities of the following areas: Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Department, Positions and Salaries, Employee Assistance in order for the company to comply with the requirements of the legislation in force and the improvement and quality of the company's staff.
- Comply with standards and policies related to quality, environment, safety and health at work. Execute the senses of Utilization, Organization, Cleanliness, Health and Self-discipline in your workplace.
- Comply with the practices of Jeong-Do Management (Code of Ethics and Conduct), conduct its activities in accordance with internal procedures and manuals, comply with anti-corruption rules, legislation and Information Security policy.
- Participate in a relay to mitigate RSI and/or Labor Gymnastics.
- Participate in Inventories and/or improvement activities (FI-11) when requested.It is necessary to plan facility review/order work and communicate smoothly with stakeholders through meetings or emails.
