LD&T Asst Scheduler

Job Title: LD&T Asst Scheduler Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Description Responsibilities:

1. In charge of all internal activity related to the warehouse, ensuring optimum productivity.
2. Coordinate with Store man for stock allocation to have a smooth flow of order preparation and invoicing.
3. Take over the shift from the previous shift detailing all the pending work.
4. Follow offloading/loading by filling the checklist accurately and reporting to Storekeepers.
5. Allocate jobs to labours and monitor proper stock while loading, reporting irregularities of wrong stickers, missing, excess cases, and empty pallets.
6. Carry out daily physical count of goods for inventory reconciliation and report to the Store man.
7. Follow the hygiene process and ensure all points are covered according to the checklist.
8. Coordinate with forklift operator in rearranging storage/movement of goods to facilitate FEFO procedure.
9. Handover the shift to the next shift with jobs to be completed or any special instructions.
10. Ensure all equipment in the Warehouse is well maintained, used properly, and periodic maintenance is recorded.
11. Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System at the area of responsibility in accordance with legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards.

1. Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions, preferably in FMCG business.
2. Additional experience in a labor-intensive organization is preferable.
3. High school certificate in any faculty.
4. A self-motivated person with the ability to identify, initiate, and implement corrective actions.
5. Highly effective communication skills.
6. Ability to control labours at multiple functions.
7. Apply flexible thinking while problem-solving in a systematic manner.
8. Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
