This critical role will be responsible for leading commissioning programs and related document reviews, construction site inspections, and systems testing.
Responsibilities
Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
Applying KEO's commissioning approach and philosophy to ongoing projects.
Utilizing the master commissioning document library for creation of project-specific inspection checklists and test forms under the guidance of a Commissioning Manager.
Conducting commissionability reviews of project documents.
Conducting construction progress inspections.
Conducting commissioning inspections and executing commissioning tests based on documented procedures.
Identifying system conditions that are abnormal, determining their cause, and recommending corrective actions.
Implementing a testing and commissioning plan, method statements, testing and commissioning procedures, data sheets, testing criteria, and testing and commissioning reports.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years' experience in the construction of utilities for major highway projects of complex nature partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
