About the job: Marketing Communications Director - 5 Star Hotel / Resort - QatarAbout the job and companyThink lifestyle, wellbeing and embracing nature. This luxury resort with up to 200 rooms/suites and 7 outlets is welcoming applications from candidates who have experience in Marketing, Communications & PR.You'll oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Responsibilities include:Development of press releases, newsletters, website content, and other communication materials.Engaging with key partners, sponsors, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and impact.Managing content strategy and production, ensuring that all materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand voice.You'll be responsible for a team of seven and report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.Who we're looking for6 years + progressive experience as DOM or ADOM - EssentialExperience with luxury top-end hotel brands 5 Star +- EssentialExperience working within GCC markets and other International destinations - EssentialStrategic thinker who is able to 'pivot' at the last minute and create contingency plans - EssentialTrack record of success in previous roles where you have positioned your properties in the market that have really captured attention and increased footfall - EssentialExperience working within a health/wellbeing driven operation - DesirableArabic speaker - DesirableExcellent presentation, organisational & leadership skillsDegree in Marketing or BA - DesirableCreative thinker with brand awareness skills - EssentialAbility to write, compile & present compelling & engaging material - EssentialPre-launch of a brand/concept - DesirablePackage detailsBasic Salary up to 20000 QAR (5500$)Housing allowance 9000 QARFlights Yes per annumTransport 2000 QAREducation 40000 QAR 1 Child max
