You will be focused on Change Management delivery while fostering strong engagement with key internal stakeholders.
- Help guide the direction of an ethical and purposeful organisation
- Be a key point of contact for projects critical to the success of what we achieve
- Work as part of a dedicated and motivated team
- Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for developing and implementing change plans that enable smooth adoption of both large- and small-scale organisational initiatives, spanning people, processes, and systems.
- Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from various sources and present findings through analysis and reports.
- An end-user-centric approach, collaborating closely with project leads and end-users to integrate change management activities, creating cohesive plans that incorporate change, communication, and training.
- A proactive focus on engaging stakeholders at all levels, aligning them with change efforts through clear communication, impact assessments, and structured feedback channels.
- A commitment to building organisational change capability by coaching and supporting managers and teams, equipping them with the tools to lead change effectively.
