As a Business Development Specialist at Flexo, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing key relationships within the commercial real estate sector. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for business development. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for: - Research and identify potential clients and opportunities within the commercial real estate market. - Utilize various tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads. - Effectively communicate with prospects to schedule and coordinate meetings with key decision-makers. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to meeting bookings. - Develop and implement outreach strategies on LinkedIn to connect with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry. - Craft compelling messages to initiate meaningful conversations and establish Flexo's presence. - Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients and introduce them to Flexo's services. - Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Flexo. - Conduct on-site visits to potential clients and properties to build relationships and gather valuable insights. - Provide a personalized touch to business development efforts through face-to-face interactions. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Provide regular feedback to the team on market dynamics and potential areas for growth. - Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. - Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and pursue high-potential prospects. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with broader marketing campaigns. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales. - Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in the real estate or coworking industry is a plus - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Willingness to travel for field visits as needed.
