Asst/Assoc or Full Professor (International Relations)The Department of Government at Cornell University invites applications for up to three open-rank positions in the field of international relations to begin on July 1, 2025. Successful candidates will do research in international relations and related topics, teach courses in international relations at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and supervise graduate and undergraduate research. The candidate must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a directly related field by the time of hire.Interested candidates should submit a letter of application, curriculum vitae, samples of written work, three letters of recommendation, and teaching evaluations. In addition, we ask applicants to share their experiences and/or approaches (past, current, or future) to fostering learning, research, service, and/or outreach in a diverse community; applicants may choose to submit a stand-alone statement or embed the information in other parts of their application.Review of applications will begin on September 10, 2024 and to guarantee full consideration, your file should be complete by this date.Pay Range:$107,400 - $275,000.
