Work closely with the Mall Manager, Facilities Manager, and company Engineers/Architects to make sure that the design, drawings and specifications are precise and ensure that contract obligations or design requirements for any particular project are met;
- Check tolerances, dimensions, and the construction/fabrication feasibility of designs and work with engineers to resolve problems;
- Document designs and provide associated drawings that meet project specifications;
- Provide detailed design drawings to support construction/fabrication and infrastructure project;
- Design, draft and update CAD (computer-aided design), drawings;
- Develop designs, layouts and drawings;
- Review, interpret and give comment to Tenant's/Client's drawings and specifications;
- Prepare and adjust current drawings (i.e. Landmark Building, Tenants/Shops, etc.), and recommend changes based from the Mall Manager, Facilities Manager and/or Tenant/Client understanding and knowledge of changes in the building and/or the project;
- Accountable for the maintenance and record keeping of the CAD drawing files;
- Assist in increasing and maintaining quality assurance processes;
- Prepare presentation materials using AutoCAD graphic software;
- Meet all project specifications and formatting within company principles;
- Follow project schedules and meet project due dates;
- Ensure compliance of design, drawings and specifications;
- Design, draw, and/or edit MEP services;
- Establish and/or revise drawings and reference lines of Landmark, appropriately for better guideline;
- Track and monitor changes of Landmark design or layout, update drawings as necessary;
- Develop work standards and methodologies;
Other CAD work that maybe assigned by the Mall Manager and the Facilities Manager.
