**Job Title: tellecallers /immigration consultant / Freelancer/female ,( can provide sponsorship after probation period)**

**Location: Doha, Qatar**

**Position Type: Full-Time**

you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in providing an excellent first impression and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Calling prospects and generating leads and exlaining the processes and services ,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office.

- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

- Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing.

- Ensure security by following company protocols and monitoring the entry/exit of visitors.

- Handle inquiries and requests from clients, employees, and visitors.

- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in immigration / sales or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, printers, and photocopiers.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and conduct.

- Strong customer service orientation.
