Instrumentation Service Sales Engineer

Provide Installation & Commissioning, Calibration, Warranty, AMC service support to customers for the product and systems sold by company and customer's third-party installations. 50% of time will be utilized to attend service jobs and balance for generation of sales leads associated with service function. While attending service jobs you will be identifying and generating opportunities for Instrumentation Products and Systems from different kinds of customers like: Oil & Gas, Marine, Water, Energy & Power, HVAC, Refrigeration etc. You will foster client satisfaction by on time job completion, maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or customer visits, attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends within operating sectors.Attend service calls and site visits to customers company serve.Carry out installations and Commissioning, maintenance jobs as required.Deliver value by customer satisfaction and new strategic relationships with End user's, EPC'S, System integrator, Marine service providers, AMC for maintenance & installations, Distributors etc.Grow your knowledge of company represented products and systems in a teambased culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit service and spares quotes to customer and follow up for closing order.Prepare and submit quotes to customer for company represented products and others.Prepare and manage purchase orders to suppliers and ensure on time delivery.Scheduling service contracts and spares availability, ensuring that projects are completed on time during shut down or maintenance window. This position is based in Qatar and travelling internationally as required.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in engineering, preferably in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical.
Hands on experience with Field Instruments, Analytical & Automation systems, Purge & Pressurization, HVAC, PA, F&G systems and calibration equipment.
Relevant work experience within Oil & Gas and / or other industries.
Working knowledge of the Middle East region, preferably in Qatar / Saudi Arabia.
Industry exposure and experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy & Power, Water, Marine.
Working knowledge of the Middle East region, preferably Qatar, Saudi and Oman.
Understand customer requirement and identify solution to offer.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
