Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Manager at Al Jaber DMC in Doha, Qatar. The role involves developing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with stake holders, and expanding the company's market presence in the global travel industry. The Destination Manager will be responsible for driving sales, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. QualificationsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities - Multilingual preferred Experience in business development and account managementKnowledge of Qatar travel and tourism industry Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunitiesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
