Head of Growth - Doha - Canonical Group LtdJoin Canonical's Marketing team as the Head of Growth, driving commercial outcomes and digital marketing campaigns to grow the addressable market.You will lead the growth engineering team, design and implement Canonical's marketing technology stack, and develop and track OKRs and conversion rates across the marketing and revenue funnels.Key responsibilities include:Leading the growth engineering team to drive commercial results through data and technologyDesigning and implementing Canonical's marketing technology stackDeveloping and tracking OKRs and conversion rates across the marketing and revenue funnelsOptimising lead scoring, lead flow and cadences to increase conversion ratesDeveloping web analytics and SEO practices to sustain high levels of organic user and customer acquisitionRequirements include:An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, or an alternative path with an exceptional academic track recordA strong analytical mindset with solid evidence of managing projects that drive commercial successKnowledge in advanced marketing analytics, coding/scripting languages, and databasesExceptional management experience with analytical and creative professionalsExperience in selecting, implementing and managing a leading edge martech stackWe offer a fully remote working environment, a personal learning and development budget, and a performance-driven commission structure, as well as additional benefits reflecting our values and ideals.Canonical is a pioneering tech firm at the forefront of the global move to open source, publishing Ubuntu and changing the world daily.
