We work in close collaboration with the in-house end-users of our systems; the traders, risk managers, compliance officers, and back-office operations, to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. This involves acquiring and configuring hardware and software, monitoring health and performance, tuning, troubleshooting, and fixing when there are issues. And above all, building the tools to simplify these activities and increasing our quality and effectiveness as a team.
